Guidelines:

Please read these guidelines before submitting your community event. For your event to receive approval to be posted on the City of North Battleford's website - community calendar, the following guidelines must be met:

• Your event must not be discriminatory and must be open to all members of the public.
• The event must be non-political in nature. Events for political parties will not be approved.
• The event must be free of charge or must be benefitting a non-profit or charitable organization.
• Only events that take place within North Battleford city limits will be approved, unless City Administration deems an event outside city limits as aligning with the City's Strategic Plan. This will be evaluated at the City's discretion on a case-by-case basis.
• Your event submission must be complete. Submissions with missing information - including date, start and end times, and locations, will not be approved. The City is not responsible for editing incomplete submissions. If a submission is rejected for being incomplete, it may be completed and re-submitted for publication. The City of North Battleford is not responsible for incorrect information that is published, as the editor of each submission is wholly responsible for all content contained on calendar entries.
• Addition of this event to the City's website does not imply an endorsement or a sponsorship of the event from the City of North Battleford.
• The City of North Battleford reserves the right to edit a submission for grammar, spelling errors, or clarity.
• The City of North Battleford reserves the right to deny or remove submissions at any time at its sole discretion.
• The City of North Battleford reserves the right to revise submission criteria for its community events calendar at any time.
• All community event calendar submissions are reviewed by City of North Battleford Administration before they can be approved for this website. This review process may take up to ten (10) business days from the date of the submission.
