City utility bills will not arrive by mail; e-billing/text reminders are a good alternative for customers
As the Canada Post strike continues, utility customers for the City of North Battleford will still be required to pay amounts owing on their accounts even though paper bills are not going to be mailed out during postal delivery disruptions.

Express your intentions visually as you cut, paste, and design your unique board.
🖌️ For ages 13+—whether you’re new to collage or an experienced artist, this session is perfect for anyone looking to set creative, personal goals for the new year. Kids 9 and up can join only if they are very mature, can follow instructions, and work with sharp objects without parental supervision.
All materials provided, but if you want to add more personality to your collage you can bring your own photos!
